EMoney24 Calculate exchange

Exchange terms

These are the rules every request follows: how you pay, how you receive baht, when the rate is locked and what to do if your plans change.

What we accept and pay out

We accept USDT on TRC20, ERC20 and BEP20. We pay out baht in cash, at an ATM or at a meeting in Pattaya, or by transfer to a Thai bank account: yours or a recipient's (for example, for rent).

You can send a request any time, on Telegram or through the calculator on the website. Managers are available daily from 08:00 to 22:00 Bangkok time; the payout happens at the agreed time.

Amount, rate and fees

There are no separate fees: the baht amount in the quote is the amount you receive, all costs are already in the rate. The client rate updates about every 10 seconds and depends on the amount: the larger the exchange, the better.

The network fee for sending USDT is charged by your wallet or exchange, not by us.

Locking the rate and sending USDT

While you calculate, the rate is live. It is locked when the manager confirms your request: from that moment the baht amount does not change, whatever the market does before the payout.

Send USDT only to the wallet address the manager confirmed for your current request, on the agreed network. Check the address and amount, and keep the transaction hash until the exchange is complete.

Cancellation, changes and delays

Before you send USDT, a request can be cancelled freely: just tell the manager. If the amount or payout method changes, ask for a new quote.

After sending, do not make a second transfer: first check the status with the manager. Refunds or amount differences are handled per transaction through the official contacts; the request chat is kept and is the main record.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a fee on top of the rate?

No. The baht amount in the quote is final: all costs are in the client rate. If an extra cost ever applies, the manager names it before you send.

When is the rate locked?

When the manager confirms your request. Before that the rate is live and updates about every 10 seconds; after that the baht amount does not change.

Can I cancel a request?

Before you send USDT, yes, freely: just tell the manager. After sending, the next steps depend on the stage; check the status and do not send a second transfer.

What are your working hours?

Daily from 08:00 to 22:00 Bangkok time. You can leave a request at night too; the manager answers at the start of the working day.
