What we collect
From your request: the contact we reply to (Telegram username or phone), your name and email if you are signed in, and the amounts and currencies of the quote.
About your visit: IP address and the city, country and internet provider derived from it; device type, operating system and browser; language, time zone and screen size; where you came from (search, a link, ad tags); which pages you opened, what you calculated, whether you tapped the Telegram or WhatsApp buttons, and how long you stayed.
Browser ID: a random code in the emv cookie and browser storage, so we recognise the browser on your next visit. The website cannot and does not get your phone number, address or other data from your device.
Why
- To reply to your request and not lose it if you did not leave a contact in a messenger.
- To recognise you when you come back, so you do not have to repeat yourself.
- To protect against fraud and spam.
- To understand which pages and quotes help people, and improve the website.
Where it is stored and who sees it
The data is stored on our server and visible only to EMoney24 staff who handle requests. We do not sell it or share it with third parties. City and provider are derived from the IP address by a local IP Geolocation by DB-IP database; the address is not sent anywhere.
How long we keep it
Visit data is kept for 90 days and then deleted automatically. Requests and their chats are kept as long as needed for deal records.
Your rights
You can ask to see or delete your data: message @emoney24pro on Telegram or WhatsApp +66 93 416 6484. You can delete the emv cookie in your browser settings; your browser then gets a new random ID on the next visit.
