What to write in your first message
“Hello! I want to exchange USDT to baht. Amount: … USDT. Network: TRC20 / ERC20 / BEP20. I am in … . I want to receive the baht … . I need the exchange … .”
If you are not sure which payout option suits you, just say so. Do not send USDT until the amount, wallet address and network are confirmed.
Meetings and payout time
Agree the place, time and payout method with the manager in advance. Do not plan a visit to an unconfirmed address from search results.
A question about an existing request
Write to the same official chat and give your request number if you have one. Describe the question and attach the transaction hash if needed. Never send wallet seed phrases, private keys or passwords: we never ask for them.
